By booking a service or using the FixHomie website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
When you book a service with FixHomie, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the job — including the address, scope of work, and any access requirements. Inaccurate information may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
All work is carried out based on the agreed task scope discussed at the time of booking or during the initial assessment. Any additional work requested during the visit may require a revised estimate and your written or verbal approval before we proceed.
We provide a clear estimate before any work begins. Our pricing is transparent — there are no hidden fees. Final charges reflect the agreed scope and any additions approved by you during the job.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Invoices for larger projects are issued within 24 hours of job completion.
We understand plans change. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one hour of service time.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area and a suitable environment for our team to carry out the job. This includes ensuring the area is clear of hazards and that pets or children are kept a safe distance from the work zone.
FixHomie is fully licensed and insured. We are responsible for delivering the agreed services with reasonable care and to a professional standard. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during a job, please notify us within 48 hours and we will address it promptly.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage that were present before the job commenced and that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
If you are not satisfied with the result of any job, contact us within 5 business days. We will return to review and, where applicable, rectify the work at no extra charge.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
